Installing Logic Pro or other Pro Apps on Macs Log in to a test Mac and update its restrictions profile in SimpleMDM to allow account modifications. This way you can log into the ctemotiongraphics@bethel.k12.or.us Apple ID on your test Mac to download a fresh copy of Logic v11 (or another licensed app using this Apple ID) from the Mac Apple Store. The credentials are in 1Pass. 2FA is under Arturo or Matt's cell #. Once the app has downloaded, open Terminal and make a pkg for SImpleMDM. The application should be in the Applications folder. This example uses Logic Pro: pkgbuild --component "/Applications/Logic Pro.app" --install-location /Applications LogicPro11.pkg Run makepkginfo and then your package name afterwards to update the pkginfo for SimpleMDM. Using the previous example: makepkginfo LogicPro11.pkg Upload to SimpleMDM's catalog as a custom app. Add the app in the Group "(macOS) Optional Munki" and set the app as a self-serve app (optional install). If needed, you can change this to a 'managed' install once confirming the installation works if it needs to be automatically deployed to all machines. The managed install group for Matt is 'WHS-LAB83 (Munki)'. Be sure to test on your Mac before testing/deploying to other Macs.
