Raptor – How to View Student/Visitor Sign-Ins

This guide will show you how to view students, visitors, contractors, or volunteers currently signed in using Raptor Visitor Management.

Steps

Open a web browser and go to: https://apps.raptortech.com/
Sign in with your Bethel Google account (first.lastname@bethel.k12.or.us)
From the dashboard, select VisitorSafe.
In the left-hand menu, choose one of the following categories:
- Visitors
- Students
- Contractors
- Volunteers
Once you’ve selected a category, click Currently Signed In or Activity to view a list of users who are presently checked into your building.

Notes

If you don’t see the expected sign-ins, confirm you are viewing the correct category (e.g., Students vs. Visitors).
Data updates in real-time as users check in and out. You may need to refresh your page.
