Accessing Mail Archive

All staff email is archived using our Barracuda mail archiver. If you ever need to retrieve something simply follow the directions below.

To access your mail archive visit: https://mas.barracudanetworks.com/

Click Sign in with Microsoft

Sign in with your account first.lastname@bsd.k12.or.us
You'll now be able to click (if not already selected) "Cloud Archiving Service on the left menu.

For advance searches click Advanced

If you click the + symbol you can add multiple parameters to help narrow down your searches

Once you start a search, you can simply selcet the email you want to preveiw it, and/or select the Tools menu item for more options such as

Resend to me
Export the message
or Forward it
