Missing Emails - Focused Inbox Mode
All of a studden you may seem to be missing emails from your inbox.
Focus Mode Enabled
This is typically due to focused inbox mode enabled. You can simply click Other to view your other emails. Example:
Turn off focused inbox
You can simply turn off this feature by following these steps.
- Select the
icon in the upper right of outlook
- Select Mail
- Under Layout you'll see a section for Focused Inbox.
- Select Don't sort my messages
- Save
